DEFINITION OF TERMS

Members: All natural persons or legal entities who have entered into a membership agreement with SKAI1 under these Terms.

Purchases: Transactions involving goods, services, travel, etc., at SKAI1 or Partner Merchants.

Partner Merchants: Companies with which SKAI1 has contractual relationships that enable Members to earn Rewards by purchasing their offerings.

Rewards: Rewards Members receive, including Cashback, Loyalty Points, discounts, or other incentives.

Rewards Program: The specific program operated by SKAI1 that enables Members to earn and redeem Rewards.

SKAI1 Card: A physical or virtual card used solely for recording Purchases, not for payment.

Member ID: Unique identifier assigned to each Member upon registration.

Cashback: A reward expressed as a percentage of Purchases, credited as a discount or credit.

Loyalty Points: Points credited based on Purchase amounts; they can be redeemed in the Benefit Lounge.

Logged-in Member Area: The online portal where Members can manage their account and view transactions.
